I am preparing for an interview at a leading pharma for a medical director position. I have to give a presentation and then 2 big rounds of interviews. Does anyone here have any past experience with such an interview?

How do I tell candidates I’m being asked to interview that the group is toxic and to run the other way without well… saying that.

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

Interviewing for a product designer IC job at Meta, I was told by the recruiters that final panel would be 2 ICs and 1 manager. My schedule has 3 managers, no ICs and no other functions. I asked - told it was just due to scheduling constraints. I think managers just naturally have more experience and more stringent standards (generally). Is this worth asking to set up the more standard panel for me even if it takes longer to schedule? Or is this a non-issue? Just want an equitable experience

I’m interviewing for a job and am in the third and final round. I have to develop a strategy based off of a case study and then do a 30 minute presentation to a panel of people. I haven’t ever done this before. Does anyone have any advice or best practices for this?

I’m a PV consultant, typically coming in as interim Heads of PV and helping clean up disasters. Considering going back into Pharma- what si the base salary of a Head of PV typically? I currently command $250-300 per hour

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
