I had an interview with EPAM Systems a couple of weeks ago, and HR informed me that I was selected and would receive the offer letter within 3–5 days. However, when I didn’t hear back and followed up, I was told that my profile had been shared with the client and they are currently awaiting feedback, with no clear timeline.

Could you please let me know how long it usually takes for EPAM Systems to release the offer letter in such cases?

Does anyone at Atlassian (or who knows someone at Atlassian) have news on the hiring slowdown? Any updates on which business units / orgs / positions the company will continue hiring for? Or if it is actually going to be a hiring *freeze*? I did a final round interview with Atlassian that went well and I'm hoping to hear back soon...

I had my LWD on 27th june ,before a week of that i had HSbC last round in which I clearly told I wanted to join by 4th july as my next joining is due at that time.
HR agreed and told will fast track your bgv .
Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.

Let’s say you have two young, high income partners in a couple who want to buy a house together but don’t really care to get married.
