Hello Everyone, I have attended IBM interview, I received offer letter and after receiving and accepting offer letter i got mail from amob referrals (this is email I’d) that don't initiate exit process from current organization till you receive an official offer of employment?

what does that mean? is my profile on hold or i will get offer letter? if i will get offer then approx how many days it will take?
