I'm working at HCL as a Technical Lead (E2.1) and joined in January 2025. I'm currently working at a client location.
I have a few questions:
Is the notice period 90 days for my role?
When should I resign if I'm planning to move in November?
Any tips on how to discuss my resignation with my HCL manager?

I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. Completed all the interviews and had positive feedback but before the offer I spoke with the recruiter (third party) and asked them if I can get to a certain compensation number as I might have couple other offers around that number but they got back saying the firm has decided to move on as they cannot match it. What can I do now? Still interested in the role.
