I'm reaching out to those who have joined Hashedin to inquire about the company's work arrangement policies. Could you please share your experiences regarding:

- Is working from the office mandatory, or is remote work (work from home) an option?
- Are hybrid work arrangements possible? Specifically, would it be acceptable to work from the office for 15 days and work from home for the remaining days?

I have an offer with Citi, initially it was hybrid model and looks like they are moving back to wfo.. they told only now and I dont have any other offer in hand. due to personal constraints I need wfh or some flexibility types, but they seem a bit rigid as its not in their policy..

Is Citi providing laptops? What kind of work model is followed? Hybrid/wfh/wfo

How is the onboarding process? Virtual or do we need to visit the office on the first day.

Is free cab transport is provided ? How people from far distance are managing to commute to office?

The thing I don't understand is typically we shouldn't buy a house if we don't intent to live there for at least five years. So for all these people that have bought houses during covid for reasons such as working from home and needing more space, do they just assume they can WFH in the next five years and won't miss the urban lifestyle?

How difficult is it to juggle a remote role with a hybrid role?

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.
