Hello everyone. I’ve a burning question. So I have only spent 6 months at KPMG but I recently received on offer from another firm and they are offering me a pay that is $25,000 more than what I earn at KPMG and a sign on Bonus of $10,000. Any advise on how to approach this?

I once asked a colleague at a radio company how much he's paid monthly, and he outright refused to tell me. In fact, he found it very odd that I asked. I later learned that he was making double my salary. I know it's not an employee's job to fix pay inequity by sharing their salary figures, but I'm still of the opinion that it helps uncover pay gaps. But do you think it's wise to do so at the risk of damaging your work environment or the whole thing backfiring on you? Thoughts are welcome.
