Hello Everyone,Tata Consultancy My HR round discussion is pending in TCS. Having 2.3 yrs of experience in SAP BW/HANA , 1.3yrs in SAP NATIVE HANA Consultant. Overall 3.4yrs in SAP HANA . Current CTC (fix+variable) only = 8.4LPA. How much should I negotiate ?? Will I go for 13-14L as I seen in TCS there is everything they include in CTC like health , gratuity etc but in my curr company these are extra benefits over my 8.4L Please help Thank you.

I'm a Business Analyst with over 10 years experience, been in the same company for the whole time, Currently, I'm below Average Industry standards by approx. 10% for my (current) role.

I have applied for internal job which is effectively one level above, meaning it would be a promotion.

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I've been offered for Engineering expert position at Novartis India. I've received offer letter 2 weeks back and my DOJ is updated to Mid December. I told the HR that my current company's last working day is on mid January and resend the offer letter with mid Jan as my DOJ. But they told that they can send the revised offer letter 3 weeks before the joining date.
