Hello Fishes, How’s the salary payout put on hold when putting resignation in EY GDS? For example, If I’m putting paper after 20th of this month(September), will I get salary this month? Or will it be on hold for full notice period? Also, after the separation how long will it take EY to process the Full & Final settlement?

Is this a fair ask for my position.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.

Will I get salary this month or will it be carried over to next month as my payroll is not setup and in orientation it was told that the cutoff date is 15th of every month.

Is EY expecting people in offices? Is there any way to still hold WFH for some months ? Not rigid but want to spend some more time at home :) not asking much!

Is the salary hike percentage solely based on Rank/rating ? Will there be any consideration for the qualification ?

What would be the impact on GDS? will GDS also split in two parts and along with Remain co. And News Co. Accordingly?
