I am in UK onsite with my visa being sponsored by TCS (2 years global mobility visa for now which can be extendable). What happens if I resign and wish to join another company in UK?
Does my visa get cancelled or how exactly does my sponsorship work in that case?

Is it typical for UK companies not to cover the cost of visa sponsorship and to assume that the international applicant knows that they will have to fund the process themselves without telling them?

I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. I have been selected for Synechron company for Emirates NBD project, But they didnt conduct any client round.

Can anyone suggest Is it good to join synechron.

They have confirmed like post joining they will be able to send to Dubai after 2-3 months, but I am not sure.
