Hello fishes, i am recent passout from a Tier2 campus in 2021. Worked in DUSI for a year as a functional consultant and now moving onto another big 4 in a management consulting role.

I don't know whether this is the right forum or not but I really want to someday see myself in a CXO position. I just wanted to know how do we keep working towards that goal and apart from your job what else do we need to do religiously?

If you’re at B4, would you get any serious consideration at M7s if you tried to matriculate right when you hit the 3 year mark (apply at 2)? I hear that a lot of MBB people do this but the standard timeline for B4 seems to be to matriculate at 4 YOE.
