I got a offer from Natwest group for the role of (Senior Analyst - B6) with a package of 7.5 lpa fixed pay. My total Y.O.E is 5yrs. And also I got an offer from Accenture for the role of Business process delivery analyst with a total compensation of 7.82 (6.47 + 1.35) which includes fixed pay of 6.47 lpa and variable pay of 1.35 lpa.

So which one should I choose in terms of career growth and as well for other benefits?

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
