I have an offer from Wipro for 12L as CTC plus 1L as bonus which will be added post a year to the CTC.

HCL(Working here from last 7 yrs) has a counter offer of 14Lak where in 1.2L is technical bonus which gets added to CTC post a year. They were giving a sum around, 4L as project allowance within this 14L, which i didnt agree so they are looking into it to alter and give 12.8L in CTC.

I have 7 yrs of exp. I am finding it difficult to make a decision. Guidence will be helpful.

Hi Accenture people, got offer today, asked HR about project, she mentioned it will be mapped on first day itself and will be connected with project manager. I told her i need details about the project and she said she will talk to project manager and get back to me tommorrow. Everyone says we have to search project after joining only. I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. I have experienced In a project which involves tech team, business team, delivery, testing team etc, the tech team is treated as labours, the lowest heirarchy.

Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews. Now that I have offers in hand north of 25 LPA, I am not being shortlisted for interviews. Should I hide the offers in hand, quote expected as before and negotiate post interviews in HR round?
