I’m 29, female, is it still a good time to move from audit to FDD? Probably having kid in the next two years.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Is AAS a good area to gain transferable skills and learn a lot? Comparing to audit.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. My joining is on 11th July. I believe I have to collect the laptop from Camac street on joining date. But after laptop collection, should I WFH as the Technopolis office is not ready? Also, how much time does it take on first day for all the formalities? After laptop collection and formalities, I am planning to return to my hometown which is 250 km away.
