as Category manager and have been
looking for switching. Would you people
advise to switch considering this is my
first job and the work seems to be quite
of not the taste i was expecting. Initially It
felt challenging and now it feels like a run
of the mill. For compensation I feel I am
overly underpaid too considering the
same post in another firm.

I got good internal hike last year like 30% but it's not upto market standard, can I ask for hike again this year amidst this recession times? I know they are recruiting new ppl with much more salary than me. Any suggestions hiw do i start the conversation

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
