Can I change my base location from Bangalore to Mumbai? I am having an offer from capgemini but it's from Bangalore, HR told me you can change your location later on,

Is it a fair amount for 8.5 YOE? Should he negotiate further. As this is his first offer , should he keep trying for better salary?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.
