I am having 3.8 years of experience in Google Cloud Infrastructure engineer and what will be the CTC that I can expect for the role of Cloud Infra and Observability Engineer @EY GDS which I had given interview for. What is the safest I can ask. It will be very helpful for me as unfortunately I got low balled in @Deloitte India for 8LPA for Consultant level. . I don't want to repeat the same at EY.

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 5 years of experience in an acute care setting. I, also, have a bachelor’s in healthcare administration. I use EPIC at work everyday and I am interested in working as an EPIC analyst. I have applied at my facility numerous times for these positions with no luck. From the personal experience..if u r attending amazon interviews..pls discuss abt the package and the band prior to interview schedule.. or else it s jus a waste of time... band 4, 5 or whatever should be in the Jd.. don't go with verbal communication... thy ll change the plate quite often

Let’s talk suits. Do you have any thoughts on a junior associate wearing an expensive suit or a suit that departs from the norm (eg subtle pinstripe navy suit, or a suit with larger lapels/peaked lapels?). I’m thinking about upgrading my suit, but I don’t want to piss anyone off with a suit screaming the message “I’ve made it” when I’m just a junior associate. Perhaps it’s just all in my head and no one actually cares.

Hello fishes, can someone tell me what percentage bonus can I expect for supervising associate-64 in CBS for different performance levels.
(In the offer letter it was mentioned as 10 percent.)

For everyone asking how much hike can we expect at this rating(vc/hc/ec), please understand the below points:
1. Rating is only applicable on variable pay
2. Hike % is independent of the rating
3. Hike depends on a lot of factors like your current salary, how is it comparable to the market or the level you are in, do you have a progression/promotion, etc

Salary pay slip is ready in the portal but salary not received 😂
