Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. I have completed 8 months in the current org and my Notice Period is 90 Days.
If I resign and serve notice , my tenure at current workplace will be 11 months.
Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
