If some has 3 years of experience as a data analyst and 3 year as a data engineer, can he/she be eligible for job requiring 5+ or 6+ year experience in data engineering

Just wanted to know if it HR or company is consider the entire experience in data domain as one or if it makes a difference knowing something specifically in one domain when applying or fir getting candidates to a company

I was interviewed at Accenture and have cleared all the rounds. Got a call from HR asking me for the details and expected CTC. I also uploaded all the documents as advised. I could still see the status in Documents upload for past 1 month. Could someone help on this.
