Currently, I am working in TCS and the company conducted an internal Interview and I cleared that. My role has upgraded and along with that my salary got doubled(2X). But in my payroll it's added under "Payroll Incentive" and my basic pay remains the same. Now if other companies ask for the current CTC can I add "payroll incentive" also or should I say my old salary?

Congrats, but not everyone has that background

Throwing this out there - I've transitioned into being a client running IMO/SMO and it's 1000x better. You kickstart the value creation initiatives mapped out with corp dev and do the cool initial brainstorming, then hand it off when execution gets heavy, work very closely with BU GMs to plan product integration roadmaps and commercial integration, work with G+A leads on Day 1/2 op models, then fling all the garbage work, PMO, status reporting to consultants. 10/10 recommended becoming a client.

On behalf of a friend- Question is that his father has a business in hometown which is facing problems due to manpower and my friend is a CA himelf and is currently doing a job in fortune 500 company. I’m taking the SPHR in less than 2 months and haven’t started studying for it. How difficult is it? I’ve been in HR for 20 years and have experienced ALOT in that time, although there are always employee relations scenarios that surprise me! How much do I really need to study for this? B4 partners. I see every year the B4 promote a large number of ppl to partners (700-800) per yr. Are all these partners equity partners or do they have just the title of partner and are infact non equity partners (not MD) ?
