#2 - eInfochips - SENIOR ENGINEER LEVEL 2 THIS ROLE IN IOT PRODUCT QA AUTOMATION

#1 offer is giving 2 lakhs more than #2. Which would you guys recommend? I am looking for a stable company with decent career growth for the next 4-5 years at least. I have a total of 11 years experience till now. Allstate india Einfochips

I joined a competitor company due to toxic boss in June 2022 which my previous company has got idea about and have still not recieved F&F money and experience letter since 3 months.
In the offer letter it was written that I am prohibited to join competitor company after resigning but I got to know from sources that such contracts don't hold any relevance. I am waiting for 10 more days as HR told me it is in process and then planning to file complaint in labour court. Suggestions please?
