Is JIO Platforms Ltd a good option overall as a product based organization in terms of technical growth, job security & work life balance for a java developer? An insight would be helpful.

The other offers I have are from service based companies like WIPRO, LTI, COFORGE, MASTEK, XEBIA

Best consulting firms with best WLB? Do they exist? Young professional starting to think about where I'd like to work hard to end up in the next 5-10 years.

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

I was recently promoted to a new position at my company. I'm so excited to be taking on this new challenge, but it's not going as well as I had hoped.

When consultants say they work 70 hrs a week, do they include the traveling time in that number? Or is it 70 hrs of actual client work i.e. excluding travel, admin work etc.?

Just like every other guy, it’s my dream to settle in the USA or any equivalent location. My problem is that I am not confident enough. I started preparing for CAT, failed miserably. I was demotivated. My job started paying me good money so I blindly upskilled myself technically. It’s been a while. I am not sure if my company can send me abroad and hence I am planning to go for MS or MBA. Continued in the comments.

Heart attacks for folks under the age of 40 is getting so common. Where are we headed? Why is there so much stress in the world? Just received a new of one of the former senior manager passed away due to a massive heart attack. Early 40s. I am at loss of words. Such a genius of a guy. Amongst the most hard working people I have come across. I still can’t believe the news. Cannot even fathom what his family might be going through.
