How much should I ask from ACN for a consultant level role (L-9). Also, at what exp do ACN hire for L7 roles ?

Current role: Consultant/Lead BA
CTC: 10.85 fixed +1.6 var

Deloitte's offer: 14 fixed +10% var + 1.5 JB
Role: Healthcare Consultant/BA

Cognizant's offer: 18 fixed +1 var
Same role

Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.

I wanna join Big4, but the difference in package is too much to just ignore.

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry. Advice needed!! Have 8+ years of compliance/legal/in house experience (not privacy law except HIPAA). How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?
