I am a civil engineer just started at an engineering firm. Is it possible for me to work a second remote job without letting my current company know or without telling the other company ?

I have applied for several remote jobs for Elevance health in several different roles. Does anyone have experience as a nurse reviewer and know the salary range and if you work there do you enjoy it? Are the work hours flexible?

I’ve been working at a biglaw firm for 5 months and don’t feel at all like a part of the team, and am extremely stressed out by the isolation of WFH most days.
