I’ll tell you if you can tell me the average salary of a 3rd year worker’s comp associate in Kalamazoo, Michigan, or in Detroit.

funny

New York. My question arises because it seems to me that in NY, entry level atty do not typically make almost $80k. Anyway next time if you do not have an answer just scroll, thank you and happy holidays.

I’m guessing Middletown is going to be a lot less than NYC. I can’t speak for every job in NYC. But personally, I started at $85k at a personal injury firm out of school. I’ve received a raise every year since.

I’m 2 weeks into an account strategy associate job at Google. I’m realizing I don’t want to be in this job long term but everything but the role is great. I turned down an offer to do product strategy manager at a telecom company with less pay/not as great culture but the recruiter said it’s still an option if I’m interested. Role is what I want to do. Should I jump? I’m just scared I’ll be stuck in account management forever but everything about G is great sans role. Also terrified of blacklist

How much are you getting paid? How many years of experience do you have? What specialty? What is the metropolitan city you work in?

I live in south Florida and work in the city of Fort Lauderdale. I work at a level one trauma/teach hospital (with 750ish beds). I have a total of 1 year of experience on a medical/surgical telemetry trauma floor. My base pay just went up to $28.65.

I know I do not have that much experience but I'm starting to feel like I should be getting paid more.

Yesterday was my first appraisal. I was welcomed and told that I am not eligible for promotion. But then again it was acknowledged that the work that I do is great. The offered me a hike of 21% after 1year 2 months of work experience. I was initially hired at 6 lpa. I did not rebut and accepted it. What are the things I could have asked? Should I have negotiated more? What are the things that I can focus on in the next appraisal cycle? Want to know the thoughts of the experienced professionals.
