No. You will likely have better luck staying in Product Management. Every UX/UI job listed gets dozens, sometimes over 100 applicants, many of whom are experienced designers with great portfolios.
You should try looking for a PM position that is focused on the front end and the user experience of a product. You would work closely with the UX team, helping shape and implement the design.

You're chances are Grimm (pun intended). I have friends with long tenures in UX at Google and Amazon having difficulty getting interviews. You're best bet, be wiling to work for next to no money, because those are the only jobs looking for people with zero experience
