My CCTC - 11 LPA fixed + 1 LPA
Nielsen offered - 16 fixed + 1.2 LPA

Is this a good offer?

Also, I have another interview scheduled for M&G global. Can someone help me understand the work life balance, management, promotions and culture of Nielsen media and M&G Global.

During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.
