Hello, I need some advice on how much I should ask for a raise.

I'm a QA Analyst for an IT Company in the PH that specializes in web-based systems. I've been working for them for almost 3 years (1 yr internship, almost 2 years as an independent contractor. I earn 22k/mo after taxes post-internship.

I'm the only QA and we have multiple projects at the same time. There are times that I need to work late because our developers deploy late at night and we have demonstrations the following day.

Hey everyone. I found out we are expecting our first child and I’m really nervous. I got into consulting one year ago and I’m up for promotion this year. With timing of our performance conversations I would have to inform I’m pregnant before outcomes - then shortly after the promotion effective date I would go on a leave for due date. I’ve worked really hard and I’m worried our wonderful news will throw chances with this :(- also if I don’t get promoted pretty sure it’s up or out. Any advice?

Passed over for a promotion twice now. Higher ups keep saying how I’m so close, but just not there yet. Time to move on?

It's been just 2 months that I am working as a Manager in my company. But I'm really confused.
I was working vey hard and dedicated for past two years. But instead of giving a good raise, thay gave me a Position. I do really love this position and my work. But because of the poor salary, I don't know how much longer I'll be working here.

What is a standard raise %? I’m about to ask for my first raise and I want to walk in confidently with a number. I’ve been leading my team well above my title for a year and know I deserve it.

What happens during the first week of internship? I know it's orientation, training etc. Need specifics of what goes on. Is it a 60 hour week?

Being promoted to Director of Sales Development at my current company. Based in Toronto.

My base is being bumped from 110 to 125, and OTE for another 50 up from 35 CAD.

I personally know a few SDR managers that make more. Am I being lowballed? I don’t want to come off as sounding ungrateful for the promotion.

If I accept the promotion to Partner/Principal what's the least number of years I could work without it being a financial mistake. I have an opportunity to do something completely unrelated that's my passion, but I feel like that's the wrong decision when I'm this close.

I am a personal injury attorney making 79k with ability to keep 40% of anything I settle, bonuses for originating work for the firm. I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.

Any advice on how to request a 20% raise? This is my first career out of college. I signed my offer letter knowing that I was being underpaid by 10%, as per the posted position salary. My 1-year appraisal is close and I would like to request 20% based on an increased workload; I would also like to make up for being underpaid my first year.

My dilemma: Many companies only pay up to a 4% raise. However, that will not cover much in this economy, and I would still be still underpaid.

So I'm new to IT field and got only 1 year experience in automation testing using Tosca, I got training in java and selenium and I studied selenium myself in free time to learn more in testing, I'm thinking to make a switch next year. Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?
