No I don’t think so, I have stayed at places for <6 months and never had a hard time hopping. I’m sure hiring managers understand layoff situations and would never rule someone out because of it. (At least good ones wouldn’t!)
It shouldn't impact you negatively. Just be prepared to explain the circumstances behind your being let go. You should be fine.

Nah, you'll be fine. If you had like 3 or 4 stints like that in a row, then yeah, people might read into that as being more than just bad luck. But it happens. If anything, it reflects worse on the company than it does on you.
