I have had 2 technical, 1 manager and 1 HR round but they have not negotiated the salary. They have asked for documents, will they give the offer and then negotiate?

I am asking for 50% on current. Is that higher than what they give usually.

I have 90 days notice, I resigned when I had 2nd technical round, I have told them I can come join within 30-60 days, is that a deal breaker in case I say that my company is not releasing me early. 75 days left on notice.

I’m about to receive an offer from a different company at 100-115k. Would much rather work at the BB (better company/position). Is it even worth me bringing this offer to use as leverage, or is the salary discrepancy too much?

Are internal lateral moves always a huge pain?

Gift giving help: every year around this time my husband brings up his Jan bday and basically demands I spend a lot of $ on him. I find this stressful. I don’t do big lavish gifts but each year I feel pressure to or he won’t be happy. When I say this he immediately launches into “haven’t I done this for you, bought that for you”. “If you loved me you would”. His entitlement and manipulation make me feel super resentful and removes the fun of celebrating him. FWIW we earn the same. What to do?
