Hello, my company offering 190k on salary in southern CA, but except health and dental insurance it doesn’t offer any other incentives, it allows me only to take 5 days off and have 5 days holiday plus 3 days sick leave through year, i have almost 10 years experience in production management in this company which has about 100 employees, i work on different areas such as purchasing, inventory control and planing as well, do you think i am well compensated?

I am a senior accountant with a masters and CPA credential and 3 years experience. A colleague was just promoted to senior with no credentials and 10k higher salary. My boss said he can match salary in 3 months when we have our annual review cycle. I don’t think I should have to wait. Also I said I should absolutely be paid higher than peer given my credentials. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). I'm not sure how to reply to them because I have a feeling that my requirement may be out of their range and while I don't want to undercut my value, I also don't want to be cut out of the process because it's an interesting co.
