Hello... My life took an unexpected turn, and I am having to make a decision regarding my current job. My mental health is suffering and I have made a decision that I need to be with my family. This means me relocating. I have no problem relocating. It is just that people at my current job are telling me not to quit. The town that I am in, I have no friends. I need to do what's right for me.But some of my coworkers told me it would be selfish of me to leave. I know what's right.

Can anyone tell me about which pharma/health companies OR agencies have great WFH/remote/flex policies? I feel like Glassdoor and Indeed don't highlight that enough when it's one of the things I care about the most.

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?

How do you manage your money?

I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

I’m very privileged to have a significant inheritance and zero debt of any kind. I really wonder how my peers who have student loans, car payments, and even children manage to pay their bills and live so comfortably. Please share if this is you!
