1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.

7 year lawyer here. Been with the same big national firm all 7 years (not BigLaw) doing complex litigation. Been working remote a long time due to moving around for wife’s job. Should you discuss salary range with an internal company recruiter prior to setting up an interview? With external recruiters it’s pretty easy to talk about the expected range. I am trying to avoid wasting all of our time if i get to the last interview and they are expecting a salary that is too low for me.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
