Recently my project changed and manager in new project is very egoistic. Micro manage the in out time, an atmosphere where its difficult to take leaves, always finds issues in the work, acts like a master rather than a mentor. Have scheduled multiple 1-1 but no clear communication received.

Should I put down my papers and search for a job or continue for next 1 year till I become eligible for IJP?

Is it easy to fire any1 in HSBC or manager need to create a proper case before doing so?

I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Does paid internship in Canada, that relates to my degree count as work experience for express entry? This internship was not required for me to graduate.

I graduated with my MBA in finance in 2020 and began working at a bank as a Management Trainee. 2 years later, I am an assistant to a financial advisor studying to become a financial advisor. However, I have to do this on MY time and not the bank's.
I am not in a Management position, I make as much as a teacher in a good district and I just don't feel my overall self worth at this job. Does anyone have any advice that can help this situation?

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
