I have a job interview. Amazon case manager. Mid senior level position. Online pay range is 45-85k per Colorado pay but says base pay could be different depending on knowledge, experience. Asks for 2 years experience as a case manager and I have over 10. What would be reasonable salary negotiation? Is 100k base pay unreasonable?

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

Have one offer from CGI as Sr.Con for 105k. Does anyone know how good/not good is CGI in terms of work, culture, WLB, perks?

An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

I have been working remotely since covid getting nothing but positive reviews. My company is not remote friendly and is now telling me I have to return to the office or I lose my job. I just found out a co-worker had a remote position created for them, without a job posting, without an interview and without the experience required (normally a license or certification would be mandatory). My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
