Role- Senior Consultant, Analytics, CPG
Cctc- 20.7 fixed, 4.5 variable

How much should I ask, considering Accenture has not given hike for 2 years in a row?
Tiger Analytics HR is telling me 29 lpa fixed but I feel I am being low balled.

I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?
