Since November, I have been interviewing for the position of Senior Product Designer at Paypal. I've passed four interview rounds. I haven't heard from HR since the last interview, which took place on December 12, 25. On January 7th, I also sent a follow-up email, but I haven't heard back or received a rejection. To be honest, I was hoping to be chosen soon because my last interview went really well. Does anyone know what to anticipate? Does Paypal frequently do this?

Which one to join LTI or a small product company. Rpa technology, I know the work is support work in LTI and position is senior developer and in product elecronics company its a very small firm in india however it's subsidiaries are all over the world. And I would be working with them via this and the position offering is lead.

I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. However, at this same time I was asked to begin working as a supervisor for the engineering team and I would get a promotion at the beginning of the year.
