Help: Microsoft federal reached out for a Senior Consultant TS clearance role. Recruiter mentioned 160k+stocks+bonus. What TC have you seen - is this all smoke?. Any tip for interview. 6 YOE.

Current Role: Senior Associate with a mid-size expert services firm working in Econ/litigation consulting. I have 2 YOE and a masters in economics. Im currently making 80K in LCOL. Am I being underpaid? I don’t think I am, but just want to make sure.

Second year in BL in NYC and largely tax illiterate, though I’m trying to learn. I’ve been thinking this past year how much I pay in taxes and just found out apparently I’m not even getting a tax return for 2020. Is this normal? I don’t really have any deductions. Literally don’t do anything with my money except put it into investments and pay off my loans, but wondering what others’ experience with taxes are in big law?
