Anyone have any tips for how to heal a shoulder injury? Started working out pretty young and had bad form which probably lead to some long term injury in my right shoulder. Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth.
