Kind of scared to go through the process since I’m a Bootcamp grad and not too familiar with the comp sci questions they will ask me. Does anyone know what I should expect? So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise.
