I have a BS in information systems and an associate in medical records. Came from manufacturing. Currently finishing up some data analytics courses.
I have 2 main areas of interest, healthcare analytics and people analytics. Healthcare ties in with former education. People analytics, specifically how teams and education in the workplace perform is fascinating to me.

I see very few positions for either of those, wondering if I’m not searching correctly?

Have an opportunity to finally get out of insurance defense. But not really sold on the firm. Could finally get out of ID, but then could also end up at another place I really don't like. Def want my next firm to be long term as I've jumped around.

I joined TCS 2 days back. Today I got the better offer from Deloitte. What should I do? Should I resign from TCS and joined Deloitte or stay with the TCS.

Anyone volunteering with the upcoming CFE exam this week?

I currently work in Private (GA) Aviation & have for some time (about 12 years) I’m currently making the switch to the Department of Aviation and am unsure if I should ditch my current job (in private) and go full force with the DOA & embrace this new opportunity educationally and gather as much experience as I can or keep both jobs even though I’d be working 80hr weeks.. I love the private world but am really ready to move up. I don’t know what I should do. Any suggestions?

Hi All, I’m thinking about getting certified in change management but not sure if I should go the Prosci route or CCMP route. CCMP is a lot cheaper compared to Prosci but would it measure up just the same?

Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? Currently in consulting where I get to do data visualizations sometimes but not always, have an opportunity to shift to a data analytics focused role. Struggling to decide as I am not fully sure if I would be competent in/happy with daily data work. Advice, thoughts? 😣 I just never find what I like…
