For those of you just starting, it gets easier and satisfying as your wealth builds. Mistakes happen but you learn and move on. For those far ahead of me, looking forward to what’s to come 😄

Renting a car vs buying, which is better in India?

Anyone have a good online calculator or way to adjust their W-4 towards the end of the year so they don’t get slammed with a high tax bill? I know I’m too late for 2020, but curious for next year...I got slapped with a 6-figure tax bill last year. 😑 My wife and I made adjustments to our 2020 W-4s, but afraid it wasn’t enough.

I am sure this is a question with an obvious answer, but does anyone else just feel absolutely trapped in a job they hate because of their student loans? I’m three years out of law school and I still have $160K in student debt despite making aggressive payments. I work in a larger firm (not big law per se, but 250+ attorneys and big for the market). I am pretty unhappy with my job the vast majority of the time, but I feel like I have no options. $160k at 6% and 7% interest cannot be ignored.

Does anyone have any good mortgage broker recommendations that will help find a way to not pay PMI?

Is it worth saving money with 401K or get better rates in FD’s / Post Office etc in India ? FYI 50% match is provided by company for first 5% only

LCSW 50k loan repayment- Has anyone been granted a contract through the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program? Hi All. I moved to a new company , I just got my take home salary and my current pay is less that previous pay ,because of different state and other taxes. My new company is better but the pay is demotivating me . It is almost $500 less per biweekly pay check . What to do get out of the demotivation? So my fiancée and I are relatively late in terms of finally landing well paying jobs and being able to save money instead of living paycheck to paycheck. what's the big deal with all cash home buyers ? this is who we're competing against and I don't get it if all things being equal, it's still the same amount of money. my husband and I are getting outbid on homes for the same offer amount solely because the buyers are paying cash. What am I missing other than the sellers are getting their money faster?

Since housing is going crazy (atleast in FL) I am still thinking to buy or not. Or should I invest in REIT to gain some profit by riding the wave?
