Bhagwan ka dia hua kafi kuch hai, 5.5 saal ka experience hai, 18 LPA ka package hai, 3 saal ka Selenium, TestNG, BDD, Java mei experience hai. Bass kami hai toh ek lambe 35-40-50 LPA ke package ki.

Hence I need help, I will be looking for a switch in the next 2-3 months, but this time I want to make it big. I am ready to work hard, just need guidance from you, as to how to improve myself and gain a good package along with great work culture. Madad kro yar, gareeb ki dua milegi😁 TIA 🙂✌️

Hi Fishes, I'm a Python developer now and I need to switch my role related to AI/ML for long term.
Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.
Suggest some ways other than this also welcomed.

Hey guys! Currently in WM ops at Morgan Stanley for the past 1 year dealing with alternative lending, I’m super underpaid with 3 years of experience which is very frustrating. (73k). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Maybe even getting referred? I have a deep knowledge of investments and always felt inclined to go down this route.

What do you guys think about a career in investor relations / capital formation for a decent size PE. I think principals get carry.

Hello all, I am a production manager for a sign design and manufacturing company. I have been with the company for six years now starting as lead graphic designer working my way to the production manager. since becoming the production manager two years ago I am responsible for 4 large format printers and 1 vinyl plotter. I’m wearing too many hats but I love what I do. I would love to be a remote graphic designer but I don’t know where to start. Any suggestions?

Been in consumer insights all my work life (10 years) and considering pivoting to product or product marketing manager roles. Yet I have had some interesting convos for people manager roles in insights recently and wondering if I should maybe refocus my efforts there. Had an interview yesterday and the interviewer wanted to understand what I did - even 1 month gap between jobs - from 2009 to present 🤪 Not interested in the job anymore tbh

I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly. This was 1 week ago and I have still not received any call. Has anyone else faced the same issue? And if yes, should I even expect a call fro HR?

Do you bill late night waiting time? It's 1am now and only reason I'm staying up is to wait for the printer to provide a revised OM so I can review that our changes went in properly and sign off. Do I bill the time between now and when I sign off? Just curious how you all treat this time.

My company cut staff to 4 days/wk to save funds. I was getting requests from coworkers for docs needed urgently on our day off (fridays). I would oblige them. But then, I learned that those same coworkers had been put back to 5 days because they were deemed “essential“. I felt foolish and decided to stop working on fridays. One EVP (not the GC) in particular has been aggressively texting/calling me on fridays. How Do I tactfully respond? My out-of-office email is not enough of a hint...
