If you left somewhere similar, do you regret it?

New one here wanting to start taking control of my finances. Cleared $100K in student loans by 28. Got a new role with annual salary of $145K now. I just opened up a Roth although I think this year would be the only year I can contribute 6K into it. Where else should I spread my money long term?
Piggy backing off the question a few posts down: Company offers Roth 401k and a traditional. I make 75k and it's my first year out of college. I'm leaning towards maxing the Roth 401k. Any suggestions
