Hey everyone, general question here, Currently a Senior Assurance Associate , looking to make a career move as i’m really over public at this point. I’ve had a few colleagues recommend Consulting, as i had the personality for it. So wanted to begin my endeavor on the bowl to ask has anyone made this career move. What exactly does consulting entail. What field of Consulting have you moved to if the experience fit. Very general question, hoping for past experiences.

I left Big 4 to go into consulting. I’m currently in a consulting development program to learn more about consulting and the soft skills needed for it. I’m currently working on clients in the life sciences industry. I was previously in advisory (after leaving audit) and the work is pretty similar in that you analyze a business problem and give recommendations. I do feel significantly less stressed now than when I was in public accounting.

I finished my UX certification from OCAD university Toronto.
They did teach me a lot of UX.
But Very little UI design.
I'm a graphic designer with 8 years of agency and client side experience. I can catch up with figma but of course I won't have much experience.

However I'm not sure where do I fit since I'm planning to make a switch from graphic design to somewhere between UX and marketing.

Looking to come out of "retirement" after staying home to raise my girls for the last 5 years. I've always worked in sales due to finding out it's something I am blessed at. I have a few questions, but will start with my strengths first. I've surpassed sales goals at previous positions that my superior regionals could not achieve. Very limited characters allowed, very sorry of that sounds conceded. I don't know where to apply or where I fit anymore. I don't have a degree.

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. As long as I’m clear about my role is that acceptable?
