I am curious about the hire process. I applied for a position in Red Bull, and had 2 interviews already, the first one was with HR, and the second with the hire manager, both interviews from my perspective were pretty good, But the process and getting feedbacks feels pretty slow, I have started the process two months ago. So, I don't know if this could be normal, or they are maybe considering other candidates and moving faster with them?

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Anyone else ever feel like if something is “easy” it might not be worth it? Thinking of moving from Consulting to tech startup. Interviews felt like a cake walk and I’m in the offer stage. Higher role and solid higher comp. It all just felt “too easy”…
