At the moment i manage a team of 5 industrial designers for b2b sustainable fashion and retail interiors. The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical. Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I am a senior accountant with a masters and CPA credential and 3 years experience. A colleague was just promoted to senior with no credentials and 10k higher salary. My boss said he can match salary in 3 months when we have our annual review cycle. I don’t think I should have to wait. Also I said I should absolutely be paid higher than peer given my credentials. How much more though??? Also should I push to have it matched now?

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee.
