Hey Fishes, I have cleared Tech M's Technical round for the profile of Scrum Master, i got the confirmation of the same from consultancy. After that consultancy informed me that il get a call to have another round of HR and Salary discussion. Its been 10 days now i didnt get any call from Tech M. If anyone working in Tech M, could you please help in this regard? How much more time shall i wait to get the call /offer. Is it normal that Tech M takes this much of time ? TIA

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.
All these articles published in India are just to fool them

I know that some other associates at my level are approximately 30% behind other associates in hours on a month to month basis. Yet all of these associates say they are “at capacity”, and myself and another associate still end up being assigned work instead of them. How do we handle this?
