At MBB, if you land at post MBA level you will get 170-175k base after the most recent hike. Caveat is that 4YOE doesn’t guarantee a post-MBA level of entry (usually requires 5+ years of experience without MBA or PhD).
The bonus *within a range* is practically guaranteed. A specific # within that range is not guaranteed. I can't imagine not getting any performance bonus at the end of a given year.

Not true. I have seen ASC that are EH and come unaligned, not super common but definitely can happen
Do you have a higher degree like an MBA/PhD/JD, etc.? With 4 YOE, you should probably expect to come in at a level that is between the post undergrad position and the post MBA position (e.g., SBA for Kearney), although if your past experience is very relevant (e.g., consulting), you could get thr post MBA position.
So overall, you're probably getting the most tenure credit at deloitte of these places, so comp will be higher in Y1. All of the others would see faster progression and comp growth beyond Y1 though.
