That aside, let’s keep variable pay and joining bonuses out of this comparison — they’re often notional and tend to inflate the CTC unnecessarily. So the real comparison here is between 22 LPA fixed at LTI and 20 LPA fixed at BT. For just a ₹2 lakh annual difference, I don't see any compelling reason to switch to LTI, especially when BT is clearly the stronger company overall. It makes more sense to stay with BT. Also, with your YOE (6.5), 20 fix is a good pay already (3 times)
