I've been almost 3 years in my previous company and never have I ever tasted any raise from them. I got transferred to different accounts and LOB it was so exhausting and finally when I decided to leave and send my resignation my Supervisor be like "you know you should be thankful of your job" To be honest the job was very stressful and supervisor at some point is somehow toxic but thankful I get to take my leave.

Hey Agency Owners, how did you started your journey from freelancer to agency owner?

So… 3.5 year relationship came crashing in Jan due to covid depression, work burn out, lockdown etc. We have stayed in contact and recently he has come around to apologizing and considering getting back together. However he also revealed he started seeing someone casually 4 weeks ago and technically is cheating on her by meeting me for coffee and to discuss this. What is the responsibility of an OB hospitalist to advocate for or against sterilization (specifically tubal litigation) if any? Hello, Can anyone share the real world process of sales pipeline in the IT company and process of acquiring new customer?

Need some timely offer advice. Currently at a Pre-IPO tech company (IPO in next 18 months extremely likely) & evaluating what it would take to jump to a seed-stage startup prior to offer negotiations.

Pre-IPO tech, BizOps:
+ Cash comp: $250K
+ Equity: $130K/year at current internal valuation

Seed-stage, Chief of Staff:
+ Currently valued at $100M after $12M in financing

This is for a BizOps role & they have a team of 20-30. What cash + equity % would make sense to switch over for?
